Jeff Welch is an independent agent with Cornerstone Collective Management, LLC, and the sole proprietor of Welch Cruising. Welch Cruising aids travelers by offering suggestions and creating bookings for clients. While we primarily solicit cruise customers, we can service other needs as well.

Jeff Welch serves as a travel agent, in that he offers travel and leisure products from various suppliers. These suppliers pay his agency a commission, of which he receives a portion. Clients pay suppliers directly, facilitated by Welch Cruising.

Jeff serves as a travel advisor, in that he provides information to you, the client. He makes no guarantees regarding the quality or extent of any supplier offerings. Clients take responsibility for decisions made based upon Welch Cruising’s recommendations.

In addition to booking independent cruises for clients, Jeff offers group cruises on ships he plans to sail, and encourages clients to join him in order to enjoy the group cruise rate. Jeff does not guarantee he will be on any particular sailing. Welch Cruising is not a tour agency or agent. While Jeff hopes to be available to fellow passengers, he guarantees no specific services while on the cruise. Passengers on the same sailings as Jeff may or may not interact with him at the port or on the sailing.

Clients agree to hold Jeff Welch and Welch Cruising harmless and guiltless for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from a supplier offering, action or inaction. Clients understand that Jeff has no power, authority, or responsibility over the third party companies he books on behalf of clients.

Clients understand and agree that it is their responsibility to know all rules, guidelines, and limitations of the suppliers with whom they are booked. This includes, but is not limited to, travel document requirements, prohibited items, booking details, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and these terms and conditions.

Welch Cruising is not responsible for any loss resulting from power outages, cyber attacks, or anything else outside of our control. Clients agree to hold Jeff Welch and Welch Cruising harmless of any error or omission claim.

While our services are generally free to clients, Welch Cruising reserves the right to charge service fees. Such fees will be clearly communicated before services are offered, and paid directly to Jeff Welch. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Clients must acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions before Welch Cruising provides any services.
